Recommended Adults Dosage: Take 9.5g (1 level scoop) once daily. Dissolve in 200ml of water, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Stir until mixed and consume immediately. In rare cases, valerian may harm the liver. Stop use and see a doctor if you have yellowing skin/eyes or unusual: fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine or itching. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional.
Store below 30°C in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if seal under cap is broken or missing.
