Apply to damp skin after washing, then as required. Some people may find their skin is a bit sensitive to Magnesium at first, so start with the body and work up to the face slowly. Best applied before bed, avoid open cuts, scratches or broken skin. As with all natural products, patch test for allergies before use. Store below 30ËšC. If product gets into the eyes, nose or mouth, simply wash out with water.
