During hot weather or when left exposed, Epsom Salts loses some of the water responsible for its bright crystalline appearance and may acquire a white frosted appearance. This has no significant effect on its properties. Bath relaxation: Dissolve 375g in an average size bath of warm water. As a fabric softener: Place 1 tablespoon of Epsom Salts in the washing machine before commencing the rinse cycle. As a fertiliser: To help overcome magnesium and sulfur deficiencies in soil, spread Epsom Salts over the soil.
