1-2 Tablets Lacteeze does not need to be refrigerated. Store below 25°C. Do not freeze. Directions Chew or swallow 1-2 tablets just before consuming dairy to increase your body's supply of lactase enzymes. Lacteeze should be taken every time dairy is consumed.
