Open the sachet and remove the warmer. Do not open outer package until ready lo use. Peel away the paper backing and adhere the warmer directly to botlom of sock. (DO NOT PLACE ON SKIN, BETWEEN LAYERS OF SOCKS OR ON TOP OF TOE/SOCK.) The heat lasts up to 8 hours*. *According to our independent test.
