"How to apply Emla Numbing Patches: 1. Wash and dry the area you want to numb completely. 2. Locate the aluminium corner of the patch and bend it back. Gently grasp the corner of the beige-coloured patch layer. 3. Carefully pull the two layers apart, removing the clear protective liner from the sticky patch. 4. Avoid touching the white numbing area. Place the patch firmly on the desired area and press down around the edges to ensure a good seal. 5. Use a ballpoint pen to write the application time on a corner of the patch, avoiding the center.
