Cal-600

Cal-600 is a high potency calcium supplement which assists in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis where dietary calcium intake is inadequate. The Australian recommended daily intake of calcium is 1000mg for adult women and men. The recommended daily intake of calcium for postmenopausal women is 1300mg. Cal-600 taken daily is a great way to supplement your diet to ensure you achieve adequate calcium intake everyday. Each film coated tablet of Cal-600 contains calcium carbonate B.P. 1500mg per tablet equivalent to 600 mg elemental calcium. Cal-600 tablets are equivalent to Caltrate tablets (Reg TM Pfizer Australia Pty Ltd). The adult dosage is one or two tablets daily with fluid after meals or as recommended by your health professional. Each tablet is embossed with "Cal-600" and scored on the reverse side of the tablet. Cal-600 contains no added sugar, lactose, gluten, salt, preservatives or flavourings and is available in bottles of 60's & 120's. Store below 25°C. This medicine may not be right for you.
