Camphor 11%, Menthol 8%, Cajuput Oil 13%, Clove Bud Oil 1.5%, Mint Oil Dementholised 16%
Direction
For relief of nasal congestion: Rub a thick layer onto chest or throat at night and/or morning.
Keep clothing loose to let the vapours rise to the nose and mouth.
For temporary relief of aches and pains: Rub gently on the affected parts of the skin
as often as necessary (usually 3 to 4 times daily).
Warnings
Always read the label and follow the direction for use.
For external use only. Can be fatal to children if swallowed. Not to be used on infants under 2 years of age, pregnant women or nursing mothers, unless on the advice of a physician. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not use in conjunction with heat pads.

Tiger Balm White Ointment 18g - WORKS WHERE IT HURTS to help relieve nasal congestion
Tiger Balm White can be used by adults and children over 2 years of age to give temporary relief from nasal congestion and the temporary relief of muscle aches and pains.
How to use:
- For nasal congestion: Rub a thick layer onto chest or throat at night and/or morning. Keep clothing loose to let vapours rise to the nose and mouth. May be covered with a dry soft cloth if desired.
- For muscular aches and pains (Adults and children aged 2 years and older): Rub gently on the affected parts of the skin as necessary, usually 2 or 3 times a day.
Safety Warning:
If your condition does not improve after two weeks or gets worse, seek medical advice.
Do not apply to broken skin. Consult a doctor and discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. For external use only. Keep out of the sight and reach of children. Fire hazard: do not smoke or go near naked flames; clothing and bedding with this product dried on them can catch fire easily.
