Ingredients
Each 15ml oral liquid contains:
Sambucus nigra (Black Elderberry) fruit juice dry 163mg
Equiv. to fresh juice 5.7g
Direction
Best taken at first signs of Cold or Flu symptoms or as recommended by your health professional. Shake well before use.
Adults and children over 12 years: Take 15mL, 4 times daily.
Children 9-11 years: Take 15mL, 3 times daily.
Children 5-8 years: Take 15mL, 2 times daily.
Children 2-4 years: Take 10mL, 2 times daily.
Once opened, keep tightly sealed and store below 25C. Keep out of reach of children.

If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. Seek medical advice before using during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Not to be used in children under 2 years of age without medical advice. Keep out of reach of children. Contains gluten, sulfites, sugars and sorbates from potassium sorbate.
