Ingredients

Phenethyl alcohol 1.0% w/w as preservative. Tar (Pine tar) 2.3% w/w, Trolamine Lauril Sulfate 6% w/w.

Direction

Store Below 30 Degrees Celsius *Pump cap contains 10ml. For very inflamed skin, use with water. Shake bottle before use. Bath: Add 15-30 ml* to a warm to tepid bath (5ml* in a baby's bath or hand basin). Bathe for 5-10 minutes once daily, more often in severe cases. Pat skin dry. Shower: Apply directly to wet skin, leave a few minutes, briefly rinse. Pat skin dry. For small areas/patients in bed: Add 10ml to 3L of water, sponge, pat skin dry.

General Information

A soap-free cleanser in a convenient spray bottle for a touch-free application. It gently cleanses itchy, inflamed skin, whilst replenishing moisture to relieve the sensation of itch rapidly so that the skin does not become further irritated. Avoid using soap, as even 'mild' ones have a high pH (9 to 11) and can irritate red, itchy skin. Pinetarsol contains the natural ingredient, Pine Tar to maintain the skin's natural oils and reduce exacerbaton of the condition. Use to relieve the symptoms of eczema, dermatitis, psoriasis, chicken pox, nappy rash, sunburn, prickly heat, hives, insect bites, anal and genital itching. KEY FEATURES • Contains pine tar, anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties. • Gently cleanses without irritating inflamed skin. • Helps lock in moisture and break the “itch–scratch cycle”. • Suitable for use on the whole body, ideal for large areas. • Steroid free. • Recommended for dry skin, and suitable for infants, the elderly and those with sensitive skin.
