Ingredients
Triclosan 1% w/v lotion.
Direction
Use 3x daily
Use 3 times daily. Close cap after use.
Instructions:
1. Before use, wash hands thoroughly with pHisohex.
2. Wet face.
3. Using a quantity no larger than 20c coin, gently massage over the face, concentrating on problem areas and avoiding the eyes.
4. Rinse and repeat step 3.
5. Rinse thoroughly with water and pat dry with a clean towel
Warnings
Discontinue use if irritation develops.
Not to be used on infants except under medical direction.
Avoid contact with eyes. If eye contact occurs, rinse immediately with water.
For external use only.
People with sensitive skin should test pHisohex on a small area of skin before use.
Contains benzoates and benzyl alcohol as preservatives. Contains sulphites.
