Ingredients
(in each g): Methyl Salicylate: 283 mg, Eucalyptus Oil: 88 mg, Menthol: 20 mg.
Direction
Store below 30ºC.
Gently smooth a small quantity of Metsal cream into the skin 2-3 times a day. The cream penetrates to provide relief from pain. Vigorous rubbing is not required.
- Sport: Apply before, during and after sport to relieve sports sprains, strains, muscle and joint pain.
Before Sport: Apply before sport and warm up before activity.
During Sport: Apply to sore and tired muscles and joints to relieve pain.
After Sport: Apply to muscles and joints to relieve pain associated with sprains, strains and sore muscles.
- When injured:
Rest: Rest injury for at least 48-72 hours.
Ice: Apply ice to injured area immediately for 20 minutes every 2 hours to reduce swelling and pain.
Compress: Wrap injury with compression bandage.
Elevation: Elevate injured area to reduce swelling and pain.
- Recovery: Metsal Heat Rub Cream can be applied to muscles and joints once the swelling has subsided.
Warnings
Do not use this medicine:
- On children under 2 years of ages.
- If past the expiry date.
While using this medicine:
- For external use only.
- Keep away from eyes and open wounds or skin abrasions.
- Do not use heat lamps, heat pads, hot water bottles or bandages.
- If rash or irritation occurs, discontinue use and contact your doctor or pharmacist.
