Magnesium aspartate dihydrate 2000mg/5g dose
Direction
1 level scoop (5g) of powder into 200mL water, take once or twice daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Warnings
Contains no lactose, gluten, soy, yeast, dairy, preservatives, artificial flavourings or artificial colours. Contains sucralose, sulfites and 5.01g of sugar alcohols per maximum daily dose. Contains isomalt, mannitol and sorbitol which may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhoea. If symptoms persist, consult your health professional. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
