Use twice daily or as directed by your healthcare professional. Store below 30°C. First time use: Thoroughly wash the bottle, tube and cap with warm soapy water before use. Add lukewarm pre-boiled water into the bottle up to the FILL line. Add the contents of one FLO Sinus Care sachet into the FLO sinus wash bottle. Screw the cap firmly onto the bottle and shake until all powder has dissolved. Standing next to a basin or in the shower, lean forward and tilt your head down so your chin is close to your chest. Insert the tip of the cap gently into one nostril. Whilst breathing through your mouth, gently squeeze the bottle until the solution drains from the opposite nostril. Continue until about half of the solution has been used. Repeat on the other nostril with the remaining solution. Good results depend on regular washing of the nose and sinuses.
