Direction
Take one or two tablets at night.
Store below 30 degrees celsius. Protect from light.
Adults - Take 1 or 2 tablets at night. Increase to up to 4 tablets if required. Not suitable for under 12 years of age.

Warnings
Not recommended for use in children under 12 years. Drink plenty of water. Do not use when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting is present, or if you develop diarrhoea. Do not take with other medicines or liquid paraffin, unless advised by a doctor. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, seek the advice of a healthcare professional before taking this product. Increase fibre in your diet except in cases of medication-induced constipation. If symptoms persist, seek advice from a health care practitioner.
Prolonged use is not recommended and may lead to dependence or serious bowel problems. Do not use if cap seal is broken or missing.
