Direction
Do not exceed stated dose. Dissolve the contents of one sachet in 125 mL of water, then drink it. Adults and children 12 years of age and over: Constipation: 1 sachet daily. Increase to 2 or 3 sachets daily if required. Faecal impaction as diagnosed by a doctor: 8 sachets in 6 hours for no longer than 3 days.
Children under 12 years of age: Do not use this medicine.
Drink plenty of water. Increase fibre into the diet, except in cases of medication-induced constipation. If symptoms persist, consult your doctor or pharmacist. Refer to the enclosed Consumer Medicine Information leaflet for more detailed dosage instructions.

Warnings
Keep out of reach of children. Do not use in children under 12 years of age. If you have a heart condition do not take more than 2 sachets in any one hour. If symptoms persist, consult your doctor or pharmacist. Prolonged use of laxatives is not recommended and may lead to dependency.
