The combination of two active ingredients work together to make bowel movements easier and more comfortable by both softening stools and stimulating the muscles in the bowel. Adults and children over 12 years: One or two tablets, as necessary. Increase up to 4 tablets if necessary.

Do not use when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present, or if you develop diarrhoea.
