Store below 25°C. Refrigerate after opening and discard after 6 weeks. "Milk: • Add 4 drops of Lacteeze to 1 litre of milk. • Refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours before use. Breastfeeding: • Prior to feeding, express 2 tablespoons of breastmilk into a sterilised container. • Add 4 drops of Lacteeze and mix well. • Give mixture to baby then breast feed as normal. Bottle feeding (breast milk or formula): • Add 4 drops of Lacteeze to baby's warm feed (not hot). • Mix well and wait 30 minutes before feeding to baby. • Do not refrigerate. • Discard any unused feed. Advanced preparation: • Add 4 drops of Lacteeze to baby's warm feed (not hot). • Mix well. • Refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours and use within 12 hours. • Warm to feeding temperature and feed baby as normal. • Discard any unused feed.
