This product can be used in adults and children over 3 years of age. Use up to 4 times daily or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. If symptoms persist, consult your healthcare practitioner. Store below 30°C. Insert tip of nozzle into one nostril and angle it so that it aims towards the bottom of the ear lobe on the same side of the head. Depress the touch button with your index finger and hold it down for 2-3 seconds while inhaling gently through the nose. Remove nozzle and gently blow the nose to clear excess fluid and mucus. Repeat for the other nostril. After use, wash nozzle and dry with a clean tissue and replace outer cap. Helps clear nasal congestion from colds, hayfever, allergies and sinusitis.

The use of this device by more than one person may spread infections. Do not use if the expiry date has passed. Pressurised container: May burst if heated. Do not pierce or burn, even after use. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and other ignition sources. No smoking. Protect from sunlight. Do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50°C/122°F.
